Egusi

Egusi (also known by variations including egwusi, agusi, ohue, Ikpan, agushi) is the name for the protein-rich seeds of certain cucurbitaceous plants (squash, melon, gourd), which after being dried and ground are used as a major ingredient in West African cuisine. Last year August, egusi sold for 15000 naira per bag but by December last year it sold for 100,000 naira... With the current agro tides egusi still promises to be a good investment.
